- Use generic "fish" or "whale" etc. until an expert can confirm

Below chart shows our cumulative driving distance and how we did share-and-share-alike the driving.
We weren't quite as careful as during previous trips. Hild drove 86 km further than Rob.
Going east in Canada in 2023 we were 400 metres off, which is pretty good.
Going west in Canada in 2022 Hild drove 2 km further than Rob.
Next trip we clearly need to focus and split the driving better.
|
In the chart below, we can see that our cumulative walking distances and metres climbed.
We hiked 3.6 marathons, and climbed 48% percent higher than Mont Blanc. A lot of huffing and puffing!
|
Our hikes did not bring us much above sea level compared to Western Canada.
However we did find some higher hills to hike up. The chart above shows
where we found the heights.
* Hermaness, Shetland (24th May)
* Ben Lomond, Scotland (11th Jun)
* Dammenuten, Norway (20th Jun)
* Dig Dig Dig walk, Grasmere, England (8th Jul)
|
In the chart below, we can how we split our money on accommodation and transport.
63% of accommodation and transport costs was for campsites and hotels.
Of course we also slep two nights on ferries.
