Ice 'Melt' - the Ottawa Way - 2014
So, most places afflicted by the tedious nature of winter wait for spring to roll around bringing warmer temperatures to
melt the snow and ice away.... well that is not the Canadian/Ottawa way as shown below. We are told that this is all being
done to prevent the Rideau River from flooding upstream - and apparently not just done for our entertainment!!
